Para quem esta a instalar de novo tem que seguir este tutorial
Quem não tem CM11, deve fazer Wipe dalvik, system, data, cache e android_secure, de seguida flashar a rom e as gapps e voltar a fazer Wipe cache e dalvik e reboot to system e já está.
